Pollen Track
A full-funnel system for childcare centres to capture leads, schedule visits, manage enrolment officers, and track conversions from first inquiry to enrolment.
Pollen Track centralizes lead capture, verification, and operational follow-through for multi-brand childcare centres. It provides a public lead form (standalone or embeddable via iframe) with UTM/source tracking and programme recommendations, WhatsApp OTP verification, and a dashboard for pipeline management, visit scheduling, roster and availability planning for enrolment officers, and post-visit feedback. The system also includes brand/centre/programme management, role-based access with a tree-structured permission model, analytics and performance reporting, and persistent filters for operational workflows—all delivered as a PWA for an app-like experience on mobile.
This was built to replace fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single workflow that covers lead capture, visit coordination, enrolment officer scheduling, and performance insight—while preserving attribution data and enforcing role-based access for busy operational teams.
